It is funny how sometimes the smallest little thing can put a smile on our faces.
When I was on the Carnival Liberty I started a detox. Basically it helps clean out your liver so your body will digest food more productively. I have continued to eat healthy on the ship but have now cut out coffee and alcohol. On top of that I changed my work out so now I am doing circuit training; Instead of individual muscle groups on certain days I work the major muscle groups to full muscle fatigue ever other day. Still doing 30-minutes of cardio after strength training however on those off days I am doing 45-60 minutes of cardio or resting.
So why I am happy? I am using a new hole in my belt!
